ေက်ာက္စာေတြ ဖတ္ရတာ ေမာေရာေပါ့။ ဒီတစ္ခါ တိုတို႐ွင္း႐ွင္းေလးပါ။ ဒါေပမယ့္ အသက္႐ွည္ေၾကာင္း နည္းလမ္းေကာင္းေတြပါတယ္။

ေသ ေဟ၀ံ ေဒ၀ါနံပိေယ
အာဟ။ မာတာပိတိသု သုသူသိတ၀ိေယ။ ေဟ၀ေမ၀ ဂ႐ုတြ ျပေဏသု ျဒဟိ်တ၀်ံ။ သစံ
၀တ၀ိယံ။ ေသ ဣေမ ဓံမဂုဏာ ပ၀တိတ၀ိယာ။ ေဟ၀ေမ၀ အံေတ၀ါသိနာ
အာစရိေယ အပစာယိတ၀ိေယ ဉာတိေကသု စ ကုယ(ထာ) ရဟံ ပ၀တိတ၀ိေယ။
ဧသာ ေပါရာဏာ ပကိတီ ဒိဃာ၀ုေသ စ ဧသ ေဟ၀ံ ဧသ ကဋ၀ိေယ။
စပေဍန လိခိတံ လိပိကရေဏ။


ထို႔ေၾကာင့္ မင္းတကာတုိ႔ ေလးစားခ်စ္ၾကည္အပ္ေသာ အေသာကမင္းၾတားႀကီး ဤသို႔ ျပန္ၾကားေတာ္မူေလၿပီ၊ အမိ အဘတို႔ စကားကို နားေထာင္လိုက္နာရာ၏။ ဤအတူပင္ ဆရာသမား, (အသက္အ႐ြယ္ ႀကီးသူတို႔ စကားကို လိုက္နာရာ၏။ အေဆြခင္ပြန္း, ခ်စ္ကၽြမ္း၀င္သူ, ေဆြမ်ိဳးဉာတိတို႔၌၎, ေက်းကၽြန္အေစခံ အမႈလုပ္အထိ၎ ေကာင္းစြာ က်င့္ရာ၏။ သတၱ၀ါတို႔ကို ညႇင္းဆဲးသတ္ျဖတ္ျခင္းကို မျပဳအပ္၊) စကားကို ေျဖာင့္မွန္စြာ ေျပာဆိုအပ္၏၊ ထုိသို႔အားျဖင့္ ဤတရား၏ ဂုဏ္ေက်းဇူးကို ဤသို႔ လုိက္နာ က်င့္ေဆာင္ရာ၏၊ ဤသို႔လွ်င္ ဆရာသမား အေပၚ၌ တပည့္ေကာင္းသည္ က်ိဳးႏြံစြာ က်င့္ေဆာင္အပ္၏။ ေဆြညာသဂၤဟတို႔ အေပၚ၌လည္း (ေကာင္းစြာ က်င့္ရာ၏၊) ဤသည္ကား ေ႐ွးသူေဟာင္းစဥ္လာ က်င့္ႀကံလိုက္နာေသာ တရားလမ္းတည္း။

နတ္တို႔ခ်စ္ျမတ္ႏိုးေသာ မင္းႀကီး မိန္႔ေတာ္မူသည္မွာ--
မိဖတို႔အား ႐ိုေသက်ိဳးႏြံရာ၏၊ ထိုနည္းတူစြာ သတၱ၀ါတို႔အား ေလးစာေသာ စိတ္ကို ရင့္သန္ေစရာ၏၊ အမွန္ကို ေျပာဆိုရာ၏။ ဤတရားေတာ္၏ ဂုဏ္တို႔ကို ျပန္႔ႏွံ႔ေစရာ၏။
ထိုနည္းတူစြာ တပည့္တို႔သည္ ဆရာတို႔အား ႐ိုေသျမတ္ႏိုးရာ၏။ အေဆြအမ်ိဳးတို႔အားလည္း ေလ်ာက္ပတ္စြာ ျပဳစုရာ၏။
ဤသည္တို႔သည္ကား အသက္ကို ႐ွည္ေစေသာ ေ႐ွးေဟာင္းက်င့္စဥ္ တရားရင္းတို႔ေပတည္။ ဤသို႔ တရားေတာ္႐ွိသည္အတိုင္း က်င့္သံုးရာ၏။ (စာေရး စပဍ ေရးထုိး၏)

ေဒ၀ါနံပိယသည္ ဤသို႔ မိန္႔ဆို၏။ အမိအဖတို႔၌ ကိုးကြယ္ဆည္းကပ္ရာ၏။ ဤအတူ သတၱ၀ါတို႔၌ ေလးစားမႈ အၿမဲ ျပဳရာ၏။ အမွန္သစၥာကို ေျပာဆိုရာ၏။ ဤတရားဓမၼဂုဏ္ေက်းဇူးကို ျပန္႔ႏွံ႔ေအာင္ ျပဳရာ၏။ ဤအတူ အေႏၲ၀ါသိကတပည့္သည္ ဆရာသမားကို ႐ိုေသစြာ ဆည္းကပ္ရာ၏။ ေဆြမ်ိဳးဉာတကာႏွင့္ အမ်ိဳးသားတို႔၌ သင့္တင့္ေလ်ာက္ပတ္စြာ ျပဳက်င့္ရာ၏။ ဤသည္တို႔ကား ေ႐ွးေပါရာဏဓမၼလမ္းေၾကာင္း အသက္႐ွည္ေၾကာင္းတို႔ျဖစ္၍ လိုက္နာက်င့္ေဆာင္ၾကရမည္။ ပဋမည္ေသာ စာေရးသူေရး၏။

Thus saith His Sacred Majesty (Devanaihpiya): ' Father and mother must be hearkened to; similarly, respect for living creatures must be firmly established; truth must be spoken. These are the virtues of the Law which must be practiced. Similarly, the teacher must be reverenced by the pupil, and fitting courtesy must be shown to relations.' This is the ancient nature of things this leads to length of days, and according to this men must act.

Thus saith again His Sacred Majesty: Father and mother must be properly served; likewise, a respect for all life should be an established principle, truth must be spoken. These religious requisites or virtues must be promoted.
Likewise the preceptor must be reverenced by his pupil and proper treatment should be shown towards relations. This is the traditional rule of conduct, and this makes for long life. Thus should one act. Written by the scribe Chapada.

Even thus saith the Beloved of the Gods: “Father and mother must be properly respected; similarly, respect for all living beings should be a definite principle; Truth must be spoken.” These (fundamentals or) virtues of religion should be propagated. Likewise, the preceptor should be revered by the disciples; and relatives should be given due regard. This is the conventional law of conduct and this is long enduring. Hence it should be followed.
